Use of pop-up boxes

The pop-up boxes are suitable for various purposes but are mainly used as gift packaging. The gift boxes are delivered flat and are simply folded together by the auto lock bottom. Due to the deep content, the pop-up boxes can be used for multiple products, such as a package for coffee beans, different teas, lingerie, but is also very suitable for festive packaging of a jewellery box.

Delivery time

With our own custom-made production, we can produce your pop-up boxes from 500 pieces with a delivery time of approximately 10-12 weeks. Are you looking for a smaller edition or do you need a gift box faster? We can print these pop-up boxes from 100 pieces in our own screen-printing facility. The delivery time for this is approx. 10 working days.

Ecological pop-up boxes

The pop-up boxes are made of white or brown cardboard. This material, without laminate, is fully recyclable. It is also possible to choose recycled cardboard. The boxes are ecological and sustainable because they can be used several times. The customer can also keep his / her gift in the box.

As of September 1, 2021, we have taken a sustainable but also necessary step in the field of paper packaging. All newly produced paper bags and boxes that we import from outside the EU will be FSC® certified. With this step we work entirely in accordance with EUTR legislation.

Material of pop-up boxes

The material of the pop-up boxes depends on the desired carrying capacity. A commonly used quality is 400 grams cardboard. You can choose from a white, black or brown cardboard. Are you looking for a firmer quality? Then the boxes can also be produced in, for example, 600 grams cardboard. You can choose from kraft paper, but it is also possible to finish the pop-up boxes with a gloss or matt laminate.

Printing pop-up boxes

The pop-up boxes are completely custom made and can therefore also be printed with your company name and / or logo as desired. The most common printing technique for these gift boxes is offset printing. It is possible to print the print in any PANTONE® colour, but a full colour / photo print is also an option. We can also provide the pop-up boxes with special finishes, such as a hot stamp printing (also called foil printing), a SPOT UV printing (glossy lacquer layer) or with an embossing / debossing in which part of the printing is pushed out or in, creating a relief.

Models of pop-up boxes

The pop-up boxes can be supplied in various designs. We see, for example, that a satin ribbon is often chosen which is tied on the lid as a nice bow at the same time. This immediately closes the box properly. Prefer a more ecological look? Then choose a notch that can be closed so that no extra ribbon is needed.
