- The delivery time depends on the choice you have made. If you have opted for unprinted goods from stock, we have a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days from the time of your order. If you need goods before a certain date, you can use our courier services. - If you have opted for printed goods, we will use the delivery time that you have chosen. The delivery time starts after you have approved the PDF proof in writing. The pdf proof will be sent to our studio via email as soon as possible.

The goods must be securely packed so that they are received in good condition. You will not receive a credit note if the returned goods do not meet the requirements set when returning your goods.
