What is the delivery time of my order?
  • The delivery time depends on the choice you have made. If you have opted for unprinted goods from stock, we have a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days from the time of your order. If you need goods before a certain date, you can use our courier services. For more information about our courier services, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +31 (0)341 430 413 and ask for the logistics department.  
  • If you have opted for printed goods, we will use the delivery time that you have chosen. The delivery time starts after you have approved the PDF proof in writing. You will receive the PDF proof via email from our studio as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
In the Netherlands and Belgium the shipping costs are € 7.95 excluding VAT. With an order of €150.00 (excluding VAT) or higher, your order will be delivered carriage paid.  

For the mainland within Europe we use the following shipping costs:

Germany:
Shipping costs at € 8.95 per order 

France + Luxembourg + Denmark: 
Shipping costs at € 11.95 per order 

Italy + Spain + Liechtenstein + Norway* + Sweden + Austria + Switzerland* + United Kingdom*:
Shipping costs at € 19.95 per order

Poland + Finland + Monaco:
Shipping costs at € 24.95 per order

Portugal + Ireland + Slovenia + Czech Republic:
Shipping costs at € 39.95 per order 

Islands and other communities
Shipping costs on request. If you have already ordered, this may be charged extra after your order.

No delivery options available for your country?
During the checkout process, choose the option 'Pick up in Harderwijk (NL)' if no delivery options are available for your country. You can have the order picked up by a 3rd party. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

*For countries outside the European Community, a customs fee of €50.00 (excl. VAT) is charged per shipment.  
Where can I pick my order up?
Did you choose to pick up your order? Then the order is usually ready for you the next working day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Is a same day delivery possible?
For all our stock products it is possible to have it delivered the same day in the Netherlands. We offer the possibility to deliver the goods by courier, but there are extra costs involved. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. Did you not receive it after placing your order? Then it may not have worked. Please contact us directly by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone with +31 (0)341 430 413 and ask for the logistics department.  
Who will deliver my order?
Your parcels will be delivered by the following parcel services: 

  • DPD
  • PostNL
  • TNT
  • DHL
  • Transmission
  • Chronopost  
  • UPS
Pallet shipments are delivered by the following logistics partners: 

  • Sluyter Logistics 
  • Dachser
  • St vd Brink

Your goods may be in multiple locations. As a result, multiple parties may be used for your order and you will receive your order in parts.  
Will I receive a track & trace code?
If your shipment is delivered by parcel service, you will receive a track & trace code from us. Is your shipment delivered per pallet and do you want information about your shipment? Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +31 (0)341 430 413 and ask about the logistics department.  
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the carrier will try to deliver the shipment again the next day or you will receive a note through mail box to make an appointment. If you have any doubts about whether the goods will still be delivered, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +31 (0)341 430 413 and ask about the logistics department.  
In which situations can I exchange/return my order?
It may be that you have ordered the wrong goods or that they are not what you expected. You can then exchange/return your goods within 7 days of receipt, if the goods have not been used, are present in full and are still intact. Pay attention: Returns are only possible if it is about standard stock products. It is not possible to exchange/return personalized products and theme packaging (seasonal products). 
In which situations can I not exchange/return my order?
If you is not one of our standard stock products, it is not possible to exchange or return. This also applies when it comes to seasonal products or a product that has been printed custom made for you.  
How can I return my order?
Contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 0341-430413 and ask about the logistics department. After you receive confirmation from us that the goods can be returned, you can send/return the goods by sending your goods to:

The goods must be securely packed so that they are received in good condition. You will not receive a credit note if the returned goods do not meet the requirements set when returning your goods.  
Are there any costs associated with returning my order?
The costs of returning are for your own account and the shipping costs incurred by FF-PACKAGING will not be credited.  
Within how many days will a possible return be credited or refunded to my account?
If your return shipment has arrived safely at our warehouse, the return shipment will be credited within 14 days. If you still have outstanding invoices, your credit note will be settled with this. If you do not have any outstanding invoices and/or orders, the amount will be transferred to you within 14 days. My order is not complete. What now?
Your order may be delivered in multiple parties. If your order is not yet complete within the stated period of 1 to 5 working days, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +31 (0)341 430 413 and ask about the logistics department. 
I have received the wrong goods / my goods were delivered damaged. What now?
If you notice upon delivery that you have received damaged goods, you can discuss this with the carrier. In addition, you must report this to us immediately. If you have received incorrect goods, we would like to hear from you immediately so that we can take immediate action.
