Sustainable luxury gift boxes with lid

All our luxury gift boxes are made from recycled cardboard. The boxes are covered with FSC® certified paper. In this way we are more aware of sustainability. A luxury gift box consists of 100% paper and is therefore easy to recycle by sorting the box with your paper waste. You can also choose to reuse the box as this is a sturdy and strong product. This box can be used as a storage box for accessories, jewellery or the product that is packed in this box.

As of September 1, 2021, we have taken a sustainable but also necessary step in the field of paper packaging. All newly produced paper bags and boxes that we import from outside the EU will be FSC® certified. With this step we work entirely in accordance with EUTR legislation.

Material of luxury magnetic boxes with lid

The luxury gift boxes can be made of different materials. This depends on the size of your product, the box and the weight of your product. The grammage of the cardboard is adjusted accordingly, the heavier and larger the box, the higher the grammage. For example, 800 grams of cardboard will suffice for a jewellery box, but for a large box with a wine bottle, we will probably use 1,400 grams of cardboard. The cardboard is covered with paper on both the inside and outside. We will advise you on your best option and show you several examples.You have the choice to go for a more ecological option with, for example recycled or FSC® certified paper. In this way you can show that you are environmentally aware and that you burden the environment as little as possible. You can also cover the box with ZEROTREE® paper, this is paper which is 100% tree-free, but made of for instance straw. You can provide the paper with which the box is pasted with an embossing. For embossed paper, a special pattern is pressed into the paper with a roller, so that you can give a unique look to your gift box. Are you interested in this? In addition to the various printing options or sustainable paper choices, we can also provide the boxes with a laminate. This can be done in a gloss or a matt laminate. This gives your box an extra luxurious look and protects against splash water. The box is easily cleanable and does not damage quickly. It is also possible to go for the luxury variant under the laminate, the soft touch laminate. This material gives a unique look to your product, but more importantly, a velvety feel. Printing luxury magnetic boxes

The luxury gift boxes with separate lid can be printed perfectly in any colour or image. These luxury gift boxes are usually printed by means of screen printing or offset printing. What is screen printing? This printing technique is often used when a logo or design in one colour can be printed on one side. In this way a full opaque colour is printed. We can also print these luxury boxes in offset printing. Besides screen printing, this is one of the most commonly used printing techniques. This technique is often used for an all over colour on the entire box or if a full colour image has to be printed. With the offset printing technique, an image is printed super sharp on your gift box. This can be done on both the inside and the outside of the luxury gift box.

We therefore often see that these boxes are finished with luxury printing techniques. Consider, for example, a hot stamp, this is a glossy coloured foil that can be applied to your logo. Inlays for the luxury magnetic boxes with lid

The boxes are already delivered in one another, so no extra space is lost during transport if you provide these boxes with an inlay. The foam inlay can be finished with a velvet layer on the top, this is a velvet top layer. We can supply these in many different colours, but the most common colour is black. The paper inlay is suitable for a lipstick or a small box. This holds your product in place and can be printed in your PANTONE® colour to match the rest of the luxury gift box. You can also choose to provide the box with a compartment division. This allows you to place a flyer on one side and your product on the other.
